Called Markham Heating & Air Conditioning to have them swap out a programmable to a non- programmable thermostat.
There was an unforeseen problem but in the end, it was diagnosed and the problem solved.
Have to mention their customer service was amazing.
They verified the issue, setup another appointment time and continued afterwards with a followup call for the visit.

My AC wasn’t cooling my house and I called Markham Heating & Air Conditioning they sent Tom who called to let me know when he would be there when he came he was very polite and told me exactly what he was going to do then he checked the furnace and AC unit there was a leak that he used a sealer to fix then added refrigerant and my house was cool again I would recommend these guys to anyone they also did work for my neighbor and same results you’ll be happy with Markham Heating & Air Conditioning!!!
Very happy with the service we received for locating and installing a replacement gas valve for our pool heater, having been told by another company that no replacement was available and we would have to go with a new heater at 5x the cost
