Under Aire One’s annual maintenance plan, I have worry free protections of my equipment by giving them a maintenance call twice a year in May and November. I highly recommend their good services!

Aire One responded immediately to my phone call and I managed to get an appointment the next day. The technician called and was able to arrive over an hour early.
He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and had a replacement part on his truck. The change was difficult, but he worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. He tested before and after the work to confirm that he had the right solution and that it was installed correctly.
Fast, friendly repair.
The part was expensive, but the labour charges were reasonable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the job done properly - by a knowledgeable, friendly service guy.

Aire One has kept our furnace warming us in the cold of winter and our air conditioning making humid summers comfortable for the last 20 years. The maintenance team is friendly, skilled and professional. They always leave us feeling grateful we have them on our side. The cost is reasonable and fair. We had a new furnace installed August 2024 - it was done in a day! The team guided us through options and gave us the time to consider what we felt the best for us. We have always been able to call the office with questions knowing that we will receive attentive and competent customer service.
