Your technician Yan Zihao put his hand up to feel the coldness of the air coming out of the ductless unit and then cleaned with a garden hose the dirt/dust I had not been able to remove with a dry cloth and said our unit likely is a little low on Freon but that this refrigerant can no longer be utilized. Mainly, Mr. Zihao reassured us that our unit still has some life remaining.
Had to replace my AC and Furnace. Had a great experience with PJ the advisor who came out and spent time explaining options and answered my questions and anticipated pther informationI might need. He was genuine and I felt I could trust his advice. He suggested a great system and install was booked in a few days. I nearly had an earlier install but that had to be cancelled. They installed on the date they promised. Installers were also great and mindful of my home as my unit is located on the roop and top floor and presents its own challenges. New system works great and cools very quickly. Looking forward to the savings on my electric and gas bills!
Our old hot water tank finally stopped working, so we called Aire One Markham. They were able to get someone out quickly, and the technician was great. He was friendly, explained what needed to be done without trying to upsell us, and had the new tank installed the same day. Everything was cleaned up before he left. Really happy with the service.
