Aire One provided excellent service with the maintenance of my Air Conditioner. The technician Yan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to resolve and fix all problems. At the office, the great customer service provided by Homer and Matthew, the manager is greatly appreciated. Air One has been there for us since installing our Furnace and A/C. Our HVAC system was serviced for maintenance about a month ago, but it wasn't until this past weekend (during a heat wave) when I ran the A/C. I encountered problems with the A/C shutting off after running for about 10 minutes. I checked the electrical panel and noticed overheating/failure with one of the fuses.I requested a service call and the tech checked the A/C unit and concluded the issue was with the basement electrical panel. Aire One doesn't do electrical panels, so I am having to find an electrician. I had a great experience with Aire One Heating & Cooling. Yan Zihao is professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The TUNE-UP/MAINTENANCE - Furnace & A/C tune-up was efficient, and everything has been working perfectly since. I appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend them.
