“HEC&H installed a Heat Pump in place of my existing 20 yr old air condition connected through my furnance. They did a reasonable job were on time and cleaned up after. Harpreet was polite and explained the install and steps well. Communication from the office was missed on detail regarding the Heat pump model being different but was later clarified and Harry the service tech who did a follow-up visit on my request for some minor noise was also very polite and helpful explaining the issue. I like that they have customers available and connected via text and always responsive.“

“Absolutely spectacular. 11/10. Pinewood did a huge job for my whole-home reno, including a new furnace, combi-boiler, two ductless A/C units, and all duct work. Their integrity, quality, and professionalism starts with the owner, Joe, and can be found in everyone who works there, including reception, accounting, and every service technician. Pinewood's installers were on time every time. Polite, patient, skilled, and dedicated to the job like they were working on their own home. They took the time to do things right, and answer every question I had. No issue was every too small to address, and they never left the job site until everything was perfect. About a year after installation, one of the A/C units had a circuit-board failure, and Pinewood took care of it, honouring their warranty efficiently with no questions asked. If you're looking for an HVAC company, your search has ended. Just go with Pinewood. You won't be disappointed. They're a true rare gem.“

“My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher initial cost)When you read their 1 star reviews, look at who wrote the review. Each person had 1 review. I feel envy in the air.Airplus is really good.“

“Outstanding work from the beginning to the end. In the past, and most recently this summer, we utilized High Life with an AC unit. This time, the furnace needed to be replaced unexpectedly. Grace and Mark were incredibly nice to deal with as so helpful and knowledgable, offering their opinions right away and arranging for a technician to come out the following day who was experienced and a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience was wonderful, and I will continue to refer them to friends and family. These days, it's difficult to obtain excellent service from staff that is amiable, patient and very accommodating. Continue the fantastic work ! My family is grateful for everyone’s help :)“
