Very good. Installation are clean and neat. The only problem I encountered is I can't communicate with them. Their English is minimum and I can't speak or understand Mandarin other wise I have no complaints.

Tracy had someone installing a furnace for us in less than 24 hrs of calling her. Pricing was great and she was knowledgeable about rebate, incentives and Ontario codes. Our technician (Justin?) was a pleasure to be serviced by and made sure we were informed with any decisions being made and brought to our attention anything we had to look out for.
