My parents have a flat roof above their garage which was replaced in 2003 by Airplus. 17 years and still no leaks (which is amazing for a flat roof). They also had their regular roof done by Airplus as well.I used them to replace my roof, and install a new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. 5 years later, still no issues. 5 years isn't much time for anything to break, but they are honest people and the work is good.They work with you to get only what you need some, and while they are a bit expensive, they don't push for you to get anything more then you need (e.g. they talked me away from tankless as I plan to rebuild the house and I wouldn't save enough to offset the higher...read full review

I'm not sure what the other reviews are about but the service and follow up i received from this company has been excellent. I hate to see high maintenance clients try to bring down small businesses. My hubby and I had our furnace fix after years of putting it off and the current one we got is sleeker, nicer and works perfectly! We're ready for the winter. Thanks for all your help and advice Roy and Michael, we will be back!
