Perfect service. My air conditioner leaked yesterday. I contacted our previous sales representative, Hanson, who helped me connect with customer service. The next day, Mr. Huo came to inspect it and fixed it in two and a half hours. He was efficient and quick. He also tested the heater and vents and set the thermostat. Everything went smoothly and he was very professional. The best heating and cooling company in all of Canada. Highly recommended to everyone.
I called Bruce - The sales person whom I dealt with to arrange a service request, In less than an hour I received a text massage from David asking my approval for set a service appointment between 10:00 am to 12:00 next day. Exactly at 10:00 am Sid show up with his tools, he explained the issue to me, did the service to my tankless water heater, he explained everything in a very professional way, he was knowledgeable and kind, I highly recommend CMC for anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly HVAC service.”
We just had our water tank replaced with a tankless. At 8pm at night, our water tank was leaking and I thought we would have to wait till morning for an emergency service. After discussed with a friend of mine, a customer rep from Constant Home Comfort had contacted me within minutes. Daniel, the rep, who was having late dinner himself, called and offered us his generous help. He then made an emergency appointment with his technicians, booked an unit (of the Tankless) and have all installations done before noon the next day.
