“Backstory: AC goes out, thought it might be the capacitor and called looking for the part.Review: I managed to get routed to Steve to help with my issue and was beyond thrilled when he took the time (at pretty much closing time too) to walk me through a bunch of steps to assess the problem. To be honest, this could have easily been a service call for the team but Steve took the time to work with me to figure out the source of the issue. Long story short, it was a connection issue with the thermostat and once everything was done in sequence the system ran like a charm.When life is getting more and more expensive it is nice to work with someone who really just wants to help and not necessarily take a customer for some cash.PS - we do use Oliver Heating & Cooling but this is a review of what good people they are at heart.“
