Outstanding work from the beginning to the end. In the past, and most recently this summer, we utilized High Life with an AC unit. This time, the furnace needed to be replaced unexpectedly. Grace and Mark were incredibly nice to deal with as so helpful and knowledgable, offering their opinions right away and arranging for a technician to come out the following day who was experienced and a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience was wonderful, and I will continue to refer them to friends and family. Got the furnace upgraded and the heat pump with a new ecobee thermostat installed. The whole process was very smooth. Communication was easy (getting a quote and schedule was easy). The technicians came on time and they worked all day to get the job done on time. And they were very helpful in getting the system running and setup for me. Overall, it was a great and smooth experience!

Started with my enquiry of Ontario heat pump rebates & Energy audit program, Mark from High Life came by and explained all in detail. He also assisted arrangement of energy auditor. Mohammad from ECOGEO conducted the assessment thoroughly. Ali & Todd from High Life installed my heat pump professionally. My best experience through this heat pump project is that every one are friendly and are willing to take their time to answer my questions, this means a lot to any consumer.
