It was a pleasure dealing with Star Alliance for a heat pump installation. Jacky is a very straightforward salesperson. He explains all the details and answers all the questions very patiently.He does whatever was promised and doesn't try to oversell.The office coordinator, Ming, is always answering the phone in a polite and friendly manner. She does her best to book the instalation as soon as possible. The guys who did the instalation did a great job in a timely manner, they covered the working space to make sure no mess was left. Jackie and his team did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. He does't use high pressure sales techniques is super knowledgeable, and worked out a great package price for our furnace.
