Today I had placed an emergency repair call for an air conditioning unit. The technician came out and did a quick diagnostic and determined it was a defective capacitor. He quickly replaced it and had the unit working again and made the tenants very happy with the quick turnaround. I had the unit inspected by Reliance couple of hours earlier and it was determined there is a leak in the system and unit needs replacing. The Reliance tech. quoted me a leak test for $800 plus more to complete the repairs. When the Technician from Star Alliance did the test there was full pressure no leaks. I called local Bradford company to come and troubleshoot my AC unit why it is not blowing cold air. They told me it is leaking.
