Absolutely spectacular. 11/10. Pinewood did a huge job for my whole-home reno, including a new furnace, combi-boiler, two ductless A/C units, and all duct work. Their integrity, quality, and professionalism starts with the owner, Joe, and can be found in everyone who works there, including reception, accounting, and every service technician. Pinewood's installers were on time every time. Polite, patient, skilled, and dedicated to the job like they were working on their own home. Ken was great and put up with my annoying questions. He was on time, and focused on fixing the problem with the furnace. He was polite, neat and tidy with his tools, and pleasant to talk to.
