We had three mini splits installed by Imperial Energy and had a great experience from start to finish. Norman was fantastic to deal with. He took the time to walk us through several different options at a variety of price points without any pressure, which made it easy to choose the system that fit our needs and budget.

We recently had a hybrid heat pump and on-demand water heater installed by Imperial Energy and are very happy with our experience. Bruce, who did the initial consultation, was friendly and knowledgeable. He followed-up the meeting with an email showing detailed calculations about energy use and the performance capacity we could expect from the new equipment. Mo, who completed the install with his partner, was able to get the job done in a single day and was polite and accommodating. The units were installed exactly as specified and are working well.
I had an emergency heat issue and Norman from Imperial was able to arrange a technician to come do an inspection. He was very patient with me as we troubleshoot the furnace for a bit and determined it could be the motor. He had asked the technician to bring it with him just in case. Ramin came in the evening and inspected the furnace right away. He is very professional and knowledgable. He performed a very thorough inspection and managed to bring it back online quickly with some minor adjustment. Needless to say, I was very happy that my heat is back in one of the coldest days this year! Thank you so much!
