I had a furnace & air conditioning person who was winding down his business and hand me off to Norman at Imperial Energy. I contracted them to install a new furnace, tankless water heater, and a heat pump. Their prices were competitive, service was prompt , efficient , thorough - first class! When I had difficulty in applying for the government support, Normand helped me apply.Long after the sweet taste of low price comes the disappointment of the bitter taste of inferior quality and poor service. Make your decision on more than just price.. I am extremely happy.

They are very punctual and helpful. I was surprised with their knowledge and the only reason that I chose them was this safety feeling compare to the other companies that was introduced to me. The technicians did a very clean and quick installation in our place. I recommend them

We had a great experience with Imperial Energy for the installation of a heat pump and electric water heater. Ours are working great! We felt very comfortable with Bruce taking the time to walk us through various options. We had only previously been quoted on the Zuba, and Bruce suggested other options which were significantly less (and doing a great job at heating our home so far). He was exceptionally responsive. The electrician was also very thorough and responsive and even helped us install our EV charger at the same time, and suggested a change to our plans which ended up making more sense and costing less money than a quote we received elsewhere.
