From the first call Hometown has been keen, efficient and friendly. Their work was clean and professional. Through the greener homes program I had a heat pump/air handler,HRV and heat pump water heater installed. I was able to get all my questions answered and the work was completed without issue.

I’ve had Hometown Heating & Cooling out a couple of time for my furnace and most recently a new Furnace humidifier. From start to finish everyone was accommodating, friendly and professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for all of your help!Edit: I wanted to say a huge thank you to Jamie who was working on my furnace while I was at work - I had a large IKEA delivery and some Christmas gifts arrive while I was at work. He was kind enough to bring them all inside for me, thanks again guys!

Needed a part replaced on fireplace. Work was done, but we noticed there was an issue, afterward. Sopke to Stacey and she was great! Scheduled a follow up and tech showed up even a few minutes earlier. Great technician, he even picked up my newspaper for me, that was in driveway! Awesome overall service! Thank you Lyndon!
