I'm very happy with the service. If you want to have an air source heat pump installed under the Greener Homes Grant program, you could save yourself thousands by going with Best Services. They were responsive, kind, and professional. A real pleasure to work with.

Woke up to a dead furnace. Tried some troubleshooting on my own but in the end called for service. Same day service!! Nelson and Adam were prompt, professional and able to resolve the issue in the moment! Thank you!

This locally owned, family business is THE only place I will ever go again.I had a leak with my dual head wall mounted a/c unit. Having dealt with forced air my whole life i didn’t know how to deal with it.My one a/c unit started leaking and I called Best to come take a look-they were even early to the appointment! He kindly explained that i had to clean the filters (I’m silly but i didn’t know that’s what those were!) and showed me how to drain the hose, if needed.I had the exact same issue last year, I called out a different company and I wasn’t educated at all, I was charged more than double what Best charged me, and I was told that O would need to replace...read full review
