“These folks are fantastic.....my parents are 90+ and when the old furnace went down, they were out immediately to assess the issue. Brown's gave us options and were able to get in the next day to immediately remove the old unit and install a new furnace. And in between the 12 hours, they provided some portable electric heaters to keep my parents comfortable. Everyone from the administrative staff to the technician to the installers were friendly and professional and answered every question patiently and in simple terms so that everything was clear and easily understandable.
