I would like to give you a bit on information on my experience with Matthew Lustig.As as he entered the house, I could feel his confidence and professionalism.He went right to work on the fireplace. He did a complete cleaning, properly reset the logs and than tested it for any CO leakage.He would be welcomed back to my home anytime that the fireplace would need servicing.Dan...
Since I accidentally deleted my review link, I will use this site. We/I have used Roy Inch since the early 1990s when we bought our house. Service was always reliable and prompt, on time and the service people were competent, polite and friendly. We replace the roiginal furnace with Roy Inch in 2007.2023: Nov 29 Chris B.came to perform the annual check on the furnace and found the heat exchanger had delevoped a crack and, by law, he had to shut it down. I just had my humidifier serviced by Matt Lustig. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. After completing the service Matt walked me through exactly what he did and left me his contact info incase I had any further questions/issues. It’s a nice change hiring someone who takes pride in their work and has great customer service. I will highly recommend Roy Inch.
