“Last night our furnace decided it wanted a night off, so I called Cory from Comfort Zone and explained the situation. It was the end of the day, and I told him we had a gas fireplace, so we’d survive until morning. Cory told me to turn the furnace fan on so the fireplace heat would circulate through the house. I’m absolutely not telling my wife that this genius idea came from Cory lol.
Cory booked us in first thing this morning. Our tech, Connor, showed up and went full superhero mode, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, explained everything, and didn’t even judge the panic in my voice. Connor is a beauty! Highly recommended!!
Marlee and I are extremely happy with the Comfort Zone team. The furnace is running, the house is warm, and I’m pretending I knew what I was doing the whole time. lol Thanks so much…..
