The M&K Tech that was just here for service was excellent. Ahmed was very friendly and thorough . He diagnosed the problem quickly , ordered the appropriate parts for replacement, but in the mean time for our Furnace up and running.

The furnace service started out well with technician (Mark) providing professional and competent diagnostic service. We had a bit of a miscommunication through the parts department, but the staff are good and decent people. Mistakes get made, but it is how they are corrected that matters. In the end, management made it right and we are happy with how we were treated.
