We built our house in 1995 & our gas fireplace has never worked properly since the day we moved in. We have had countless gas repair technicians come in over the years, & no one has been able to fix it, until we called My Fireplace! Our experience with them right from the first call to book a service appointment to the final visit to repair the issue has been 5*…we highly recommend My Fireplace for anyone needing assistance with your fireplace!

5 star experience with My Fireplace! We just had service technician Jake out at our house to repair our fireplace. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. Our unit is now running great and after a cleaning it looks brand new. Booking the appointment with Denise was also a pleasant experience. We greatly appreciate the top notch customer service we received from the team at my fireplace and look forward to working with them again.
