I had Builders Choice replace my furnace, hot water tank and install a heat pump. They were terrific to deal with. The sales team, installation techs.and follow up was very professional. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. All questions answered in a polite and knowledgeable manner. They followed up to ensure satisfaction after completion of work. It appears they actually care. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend.

Jason was beyond knowledgeable, patient, thorough and efficient in fixing the heating at my home. I appreciate the walk through he provided before he arrived. I did not have a good experience with their furnace service initially.However, their Manager called me & offered help.The technician that arrived today was amazing, he knew the furnace in & out. He diagnosed the furnace, found the root cause & fixed the problem.Problems/Mistakes happen everywhere but offering help & trying to provide a solution is something I liked about this business.Appreciate it, and much recommended!Thank you very much for taking care of the issue.
