I recently used power vac for the first time to clean my ducts. There was a minor hiccup during the work that caused some dust to blow out of the cold air return. I wasn’t very happy about it but Darwyn the contact I spoke with assured me it was an accident and did everything he could to accommodate me. It’s hard to find businesses with integrity these days, that stand behind their product, however power vac definitely is. Overall was very please with their work hiccup and all and will continue to use them in the future.I would highly recommend

Very good service. Duke was very personable & went above & beyond to assist us with our problem. Unfortunately, he could not resolve the issue but contacted his boss for what our next steps should be.I highly recommend this company & have passed on their name to some friends

Communication was excellent. The technician explained every step of the process and how long it would take. Everyone was very polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
