We had a great experience with Air Design Services. Our furnace was acting up so we called for a technician to come look at it. Matthew was very friendly and informative, letting us know what our options were. We decided to purchase a new furnace and Jeremy came by to give us an estimate and explained the options available to us without trying to influence our decision. Ty and Ryan installed the new furnace with minimal interruption and put down floor pads to keep the floors clean while they came in and out of the house. I used air design multiple times this year to fix a variety of things at our business. Matt helped us each time and always showed up within a few hours of calling! He’s great at explaining things and giving options to help with costs. I’d highly recommend their services!

Experienced issues with our furnace on Thanksgiving Monday. Matt came out within an hour of our service call. He was extremely professional, and thorough and did not leave until the problem was fixed (even though it took a couple of hours). Very impressed with the service, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend!
