Excellent service from Donaldson. Technicians are always friendly and courteous. Wouldn't have anyone else do service work on equipment. Up front with costs and always shows work when done. Great prices too. Ty!

Courteous, clear concise website; phone manner very welcoming and accommodating for booking this service (duct and dryer vent cleaning).Great notification system on day of service: pic and name of individual providing service (Brandon) sent when vehicle was on its way to my home. Very punctual. All services met my expectations. Brandon was courteous/polite and worked diligently for almost 4 hours. Before and after pics confirmed that this service was needed.Cost exactly as quoted; payment easily made after service completed. Paperless invoice. Very happy and impressed with this company.

We recently contracted the good folk at Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning to install a furnace and heat pump, and then to clean out the ducts in our home. We found every individual we came into contact with from Donaldson to be highly professional, completely respectful, as well as helpful, friendly and kind. They consistently explained everything that was happening, talked through options and answered any and every question with grace.When they came to clean the 20 year old ducts which we had had cleaned a few years previously they extracted building materials and tools left when the house was built that the previous duct cleaners hadn't touched.We highly recommend...read full review
