We reached out to schedule a time to have them install our new faucets in our master bathroom. They replied instantly and scheduled a time within the next day. They also told us they’d be there between 3-5pm and showed up at 2:50pm. I always hear of others who wait around and end up having no-shows during the scheduled time and have to reschedule. This was a great start!

They installed our faucets behind two pedestal sinks that had been built after the previous faucets were installed, making them really difficult to access. They did it with no problem at all and were enthusiastic about the job even though it was a tedious task in a hard to locate place.

“Had a problem with our AC over the last two days. Called Royal and the Dan called me back promptly. He asked me a few questions and advised a tech could be out early next week. Then he asked if I could check something on the AC unit. After a quick tutorial and a couple of tips, asked me to start up the AC, then call him back re the outcome. The system started working again, and when I called him back to let him know he appeared genuinely happy that I was satisfied.
