“We are very happy with the work done by Huff in installing a new furnace with our existing air conditioning system. Huff was recommended by our real estate agent, but we got multiple quotes. Derran who came for the site visit spent quality time looking over our existing system and ductwork. He gave immediate suggestions on how to improve the ductwork, combustion air intake and exhaust. We liked the options he provided and after a bit of research agreed with his basic offering that fit well to the size of the house. His offer was competitive and his ductwork suggestions put Huff over the other companies. Installation was done by Rob and Destul. They were on time and worked efficiently. The system is compact and an existing outlet to the outside was used for a concentric intake/exhaust. Even though we cleaned the work area for them, they somehow left it cleaner than when they started! We appreciated the Thermostat and smoke/CO detectors that came with their installation package. We appreciated their specific advice on timely product registration to make sure we get the warranty lined up. The system is working well. I figured it would be an all day thing but it only took about 4 hours I was extremely satisfied with Travis and his partner.“
“Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!“

“Thank you ADCO Heating & Air Conditioning! Our furnace decided to quit working properly on the coldest day of the year. Within an hour of my call, which was just as they opened, they had someone at my house to check it out. He made sure it was safe to run until the following morning. After giving us our options, we decided to get our furnace and A/C replaced. They arrived first thing in the morning, and worked all day until the job was complete. The space they had to work in was very tight, but they were able to get the old one out and new one in very professionally. The men were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Our house is now warm again, and we don’t have to worry about making it through the rest of winter with an unreliable furnace!“

“Andrew is an angel! I am very pregnant and our a/c wasn’t blowing out cool air when we turned it on for the summer. He made it a priority to get here and help us out. He took one look at the hvac system in the basement (which he replaced for me a few years prior and also did a great job) and then went outside to check the a/c unit. He was immediately able to diagnose that the motor was bad and promptly replaced it. He is such a kind man and my dog also loved him because he gave her lots of pets.
