Lost heat yesterday . Contacted Airtron on a Sunday morning and a service technician arrived within 2 hours. Technician was Michael Carter. He quickly diagnosed the issue restoring our heat again. Michael was great, did an overall check and located issue. Answered my questions about furnace. Impressed with the service on a Sunday. I have the essential service plan which greatly helped with this issue.
We were having trouble with our HVAC heating , Michael C came out on a weekend and saved the day ! He quickly diagnosed our problem as a circuit board but additionally found several fried wires probably due to a faulty ground wire. He skillfully worked in tight quarters to fix several issues and get the unit up & running in quick order. Then verified the heat & Ac still worked and found another issue with my Sensi thermostat & fixed that before leaving. Could not have asked for better service & attention to detail on a complex set of problems ! I’d recommend Mike C and Airtron for any & all needs with a problematic HVAC system !!
AirTron technician Eric Damm performed diagnose service for the issues. He is knowledgeable and very helpful, I appreciate his hard work. I definitely recommend AirTron for home HVAC works.
