This is my 2nd Bryant HVAC system, 1st lasted 17 years with the help of Hader Comfort Care seasonal inspections and cleanings. I recognized my old, all electric, aging system that had run non stop 365 days a year was finally leaking refrigerant from within its rusting coils and decided no more refrigerant was to be added and requested options for new replacement. Doug advised me of two models I’d most likely want, the 10 year parts warranty, and potential repair cost post warranty for top range models. We needed to replace our boiler. We have had problems with finding a company that really understands boilers. The staff at Hader Heating and Air truly understand boilers. I am so pleased with the installation. We will be having them back to do the yearly maintenance on not only our boiler but will be scheduling them to do the check-up on our air conditioning system. I am glad to have found Hader to do our heating and air.
We had the facia under the gutter repaired. Jim, who did the work, was very professional and informative. He walked us through the work he did and any questions we had he answered. If all employees at Hader are as conscientious and honest as he is, Hader has a life long customer. Kudos
