“Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!“

“Our technician Kevin was very friendly and courteous. He started by calling about 30 minutes before arriving, and he was perfectly within the arrival time window I was expecting. He explained what was happening with our system. Our furnace was leaking due to an incorrectly installed piece. When we called the company who initially installed the system, their price for just a service call to our home was almost DOUBLE what Tri-state’s was. Kevin was able to resolve the issue, and was very thorough in explaining the work he had done for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-State to all my friends and family. “We are very happy with the work done by Huff in installing a new furnace with our existing air conditioning system. Huff was recommended by our real estate agent, but we got multiple quotes. Derran who came for the site visit spent quality time looking over our existing system and ductwork. He gave immediate suggestions on how to improve the ductwork, combustion air intake and exhaust. We liked the options he provided and after a bit of research agreed with his basic offering that fit well to the size of the house. His offer was competitive and his ductwork suggestions put Huff over the other companies. Installation was done by Rob and Destul. They were on time and worked efficiently. The system is compact and an existing outlet to the outside was used for a concentric intake/exhaust. Even though we cleaned the work area for them, they somehow left it cleaner than when they started! We appreciated the Thermostat and smoke/CO detectors that came with their installation package. We appreciated their specific advice on timely product registration to make sure we get the warranty lined up. The system is working well. “Sunday night air conditioning was just blowing warm air. Called and spoke to Jeff the next morning at 7 am. He was polite and said he could be here by about noon or sooner following an install. Was here before 11:30, he and two others went straight to the outside unit. Took about 10 minutes to replace a bad capacitor. Checked freon too. Looked inside, wrapped a line up inside, answered all my questions. Even gave me a number of someone to service our oil furnace this fall. Price was very reasonable and he took care of the part covered under warranty. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service and the courteous manner in which I was treated. They were here and gone in no time on their way to do another install. Will recommend to anyone.“

“Very impressed. I was open about the fact that I would buy a new furnace today if the repair was going to be higher than 800.00. It was just an ignitor. Inexpensive repair and he cleaned it plus fixed a rattling noise that was there for years. When this furnace dies I will buy from this company.“
