Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!

We have had nothing but great experiences using American Heating for our home. Everyone from the office staff to the field technicians have been professional, very responsive and show a lot of patience answering questions. I definitely recommend calling them if you need some help at home or work.

We've had a service agreement with American Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 4 years or so and have been incredibly pleased with all aspects of the relationship. Every member of the team we have worked with have been so very professional, knowledgeable, and never hesitate to go above and beyond. A specific shoutout to service technician Mike Wile for always treating our systems with the utmost care and sharing his vast knowledge with us!
