“went through three other companies that quoted us three times the price got on the phone with Zach and sent someone over right the next day didn’t charge crazy amount just to come to do inspection and his technician explained everything very well and gave me a very good deal. “We have been using Corcoran & Harnist after our coil sprung a leak while it was still under warranty. I quoted me a number in the $1,200 and $1,300. I asked why it was so expensive since the part was under warranty and his response was that the labor would be around a thousand dollars. I told him I’d think about.

As soon as he left I pulled out the yellow pages and looked at a few pages and decided to call Corcoran & Harnist. It turns out that the guy that answered the phone was the service manager. I asked how much it would cost to replace the cool. He said $225-$250. He offered to come over and look at. He was here in about 30 minutes. Best decision I ever made. We’ve been using them ever since.

Every one of their employees I’ve encountered do a great job. We use their winter and summer check-ups which helps a lot. I’ll never switch to anyone else.

“I recently hired JM Mechanical to install an entire new furnace into my home after my old unit was requiring a $1,000 part needed to repair. The old unit was about 16 years old and was slowly becoming a money pit for repairs year over year. After speaking with the lead technician and the owner of the company it made more sense to install a new and more reliable and efficient unit for my family so we weren't trapped without heat the following winters to come.

The technicians were friends and greeted me when they arrived. JM Mechanical uses the newest technologies for their appointment scheduler and communications between the customer and their dispatch. They arrived promptly the morning of the install as agreed and were in and out if my house within 4 hours with the old furnace removed and the new furnace 100% installed and operating.

“I had a problem with my HVAC unit since it was installed. Greg, the technician came out to see what was wrong with it and he was very good at diagnosing the problem and letting me know that it was going to be taken care of. Greg was kind and understanding of my frustration with the unit. He agreed that it had been installed incorrectly and was going to talk to his manager about fixing the problem. About a week and a half later, Greg and Brandon came out and fixed the line set to the right size and replaced the evaporator coil and got it running for me. This was at no cost for me since Parts were under warranty and the line set was not the size Recommended by the manufacturer . Both Greg and Brandon were very polite and easy to work with. They were efficient and competent. They changed my thermostat for me and didn’t charge me. They left everything neat and tidy.“
