“I recently needed to have my furnace repaired quickly. I called and spoke with Doug from Time Savers late in the day around closing time to advise my furnace was not working. Since the weather was fairly mild I did not ask for an emergency service call. I was very pleased that Doug said he would be out first thing the following morning. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The cost for the service and repair was extremely reasonable. I will be calling Time Savers for all of my future furnace and AC needs.“

“Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!“

“Sunday night air conditioning was just blowing warm air. Called and spoke to Jeff the next morning at 7 am. He was polite and said he could be here by about noon or sooner following an install. Was here before 11:30, he and two others went straight to the outside unit. Took about 10 minutes to replace a bad capacitor. Checked freon too. Looked inside, wrapped a line up inside, answered all my questions. Even gave me a number of someone to service our oil furnace this fall. Price was very reasonable and he took care of the part covered under warranty. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt service and the courteous manner in which I was treated. They were here and gone in no time on their way to do another install. Will recommend to anyone.“
