The communication to get a tech out was a bit lacking, called in the evening and got an answering service and gave the request to the person that answered. Waited for a call back and then called the next afternoon during business hours and got a tech out. Sounds like their answering service never passed the message along?
Decided to ask them to do more work, they sent out a tech for an estimate, never got the estimate, I've reached out and got no response except these continual requests for a Google Review.
Requested the invoice be emailed with the new estimate - got nothing.“

“Wow. Charlie came for a quote and ended up fixing my temp sense wire that was broken going to my exterior AC unit from the furnace! My AC is now working!! My wife is happy that upstairs won’t be hot tonight. I would give 6 stars if I could and I’m a first time customer. I could not recommend any more.“
