“We called Kiefer A/C on Friday evening July 3 because our a/c stopped cooling (in 90 degree weather). We called so many companies for help and no one would come until the following Monday, except Kiefer A/C! Their service technician came the next morning, July 4th. Fortunately our a/c problem was an easy fix for the service tech so he fixed the problem and left without charging us. Who does that, especially on a holiday???? Kiefer Air Conditioning does!!! Do not hesitate to call Kiefer Air Conditioning for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!. They really care!“

“Our heat in one of our Church buildings was not working. All 3 furnaces would not operate. Called late in the day and Rechtin made sure that they would send someone that day. Zach arrived about 3:30 and determined that the gas line pressure was extremely high. The problem was that water had dripped on the gas meter and had frozen up the vent which was the cause of the high pressure. Zach not only stayed late but he also made the call to DUKE energy to come and make the needed repairs to the gas meter. Zack stayed and waited with me for Duke to arrive so that he could make sure that our 3 furnaces would operate properly once that the gas meter was repaired. I do not think that most HVAC Technicians would have stayed and waited for an hour for Duke to arrive. GREAT JOB ZACH ! Thank you to all of Rechtin Staff who made sure that we were able to get heat back in this building quickly.“

Update. I had an issue where a child stuffed a Styrofoam cup into an exhaust pipe. Jessie worked tirelessly until he found the issue. Got it repaired very professionally and friendly and mostly covered by warranty. This company is great. Shop local!!“
