I have generally been happy with the service on my HVAC but have been particularly impressed by the effort by Richard Beckman since he took over Jansen. He gives a personal effort for his company
From the quote to install everything was exactly what they said it would be. The technician arrived exactly in the window they provided me and when I paid for the services I had installed it was exactly what they quoted me. The technician was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. If you’re in the market for a humidifier for heating and air or any other services, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I paid the same price to have them professionally install one as I did for a Dyson. Top notch !!!!
The customer service was greaand the total price for delivery, installation of our new freezer and removal of the old one was the same price as purchasing from a wholesaler who would only drop ship. I will be keeping Beckman in my contacts list!
