John came in to check our furnace that is not working. He was quick & knowledgeable. He gave me good advice on what we should do next. We will continue Wyoming Air in the future.

John is the best!!! We have a geothermal unit and when it got below 30, it wouldn’t keep up and would get down to the high 50s in our house. Every winter for the last 3 years has been so miserable! We were so frustrated because we had multiple companies over and they would just say “that’s just geothermals…they are just efficient but have their downsides.” Or another company thought there was a leak. We decided to have Wyoming air out since we are a Wyoming resident. Immediately John said that sounded like an electrical issue as our back up heater didn’t appear to be working and would keep tripping. I thought Wyoming Air did a fantastic job from the moment I called the office until the day my furnace was back up and running like a scolded dog! Thankful for John for coming in and setting me on a path to success while also saving me money by not purchasing a brand new system like the other company was pushing me towards. Now I have some time to plan and get ready for a new system down the road which I will be using Wyoming Air for. Thank you for doing it the right way and for making me a customer for life.
