Wyoming Air, LLC. is a family-owned and locally operated company that offers exceptional and expert service. Their belief is that their customers' needs are of the utmost importance, and the entire team is dedicated to meeting those needs with reliability and professionalism. Customers have praised the installers for working very hard to get the air conditioner installed, and for taking care of a little problem very next day. They appreciate all the work they did. When an air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year, Wyoming Air came the next morning to assess. The AC could not be repaired and it was 18 years old. They brought over a portable AC and hoped they could install a new unit in 2 days. They were on top of all the issues and knew how important it was to get the customer back up and running. They suggested and delivered a portable AC, which made it possible to stay in the house. They were fabulous. In an emergency situation in February, when the furnace stopped working in the coldest week of the month, Brandon and his team helped to select a replacement, ordered it, and on the next morning installed the new furnace. They even brought a few station heaters to avoid freezing of the water pipes over night. All this within 24 hours was an incredible experience! Very responsive and professional.
