“I had a problem with my HVAC unit since it was installed. Greg, the technician came out to see what was wrong with it and he was very good at diagnosing the problem and letting me know that it was going to be taken care of. Greg was kind and understanding of my frustration with the unit. He agreed that it had been installed incorrectly and was going to talk to his manager about fixing the problem. About a week and a half later, Greg and Brandon came out and fixed the line set to the right size and replaced the evaporator coil and got it running for me. This was at no cost for me since Parts were under warranty and the line set was not the size Recommended by the manufacturer . Both Greg and Brandon were very polite and easy to work with. They were efficient and competent. They changed my thermostat for me and didn’t charge me. They left everything neat and tidy.“
