Dawson Heating & AC was responsive and took good care of us. Todd came out to provide an estimate the same day we called and worked with me answering all of my many questions with patience and courtesy. We replaced our furnace and AC and paid a fair price, with a great warranty. Dawson did a great job--thank you!!

Reviews
I called Dawson this morning because my ac went out on Sunday morning. They responded quickly and had a technician out in an instant. When the technician got here he was out working no more than 10 minutes and had the issue resolved. He educated me on the problem and gave me recommendations for future reference. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them. We will be using them in the near future for recommendations given during my appointment.
Due to an emergency, I had to have a HVAC system replaced. Out of 3 estimates, Dawson Heating was a much better quote & option for me. For me, their payment plan was a plus. Todd and his crew were great to work with. They were very attentive to my needs, answering & explaining all questions in layman's terms! I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
