We had an immediate need to replace our air conditioning after 16 years and called Hauser. After working with Lonnie (excellent) we made the decision to buy. That was followed by next day install where Dakota and Aaron (again, excellent) had us up and running. The house was left in great condition and we were communicated with throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend!
Our tech, Luke, was exceptional. We had a sensitive situation in that he was servicing my mother-in-law’s a/c system after her husband passed away. We are in a time of change not knowing when/if we are selling the house, and Luke understood, giving us advice in perspective. He is a mature and talented young man who is a great ambassador for Hauser.
