My two year old furnace stopped working the day before New Years. Another Heating and Cooling came out first thing Tuesday and diagnosed the issue. They were quick and knowledgeable.The part had to be ordered and came in late the next day. They came out first thing Thursday morning and replaced that part. It turned out that the part was made differently and required a new control board. The tech drove 45 minutes away to pick up the part, he then came back and installed it the same day.Their prices are fantastic and their communication is top notch. Such a great company! Used in November for new heat and got done extremely quickly so my son could have heat in 0° weather. Then just got brand new ac installed for summer and did not disappoint! Very nice and timely crew got it up and running in no time. Great pricing in this bad economy and very caring.Will recommend for everyone to use Another heating and air for all your needs!!Services: Heating system repair
