Pinnacle’s trained technicians installed a Bryant Legacy single stage heat pump as well as making some adjustments to the duct work. “We recently had an issue with our HVAC thermostat tripping & constantly rebooting itself. As this happened in August in the Cincinnati heat we were in deep trouble without a working AC unit!

I called American, who answered right away & scheduled an inspection later that same afternoon. In less than one hour later the technician (Jim) arrived to our home and got our unit back up and running in less than 30 mins.

The service was top notch & the technician did an amazing job! Our problem was due to a faulty condensate pump float causing the thermostat to trip off intermittently.

Jim offered me some training on how to perform maintenance on the pump and also explained some of the various settings & programs in the thermostat panel. Highly recommended! A+++“
