“Our heat in one of our Church buildings was not working. All 3 furnaces would not operate. Called late in the day and Rechtin made sure that they would send someone that day. Zach arrived about 3:30 and determined that the gas line pressure was extremely high. The problem was that water had dripped on the gas meter and had frozen up the vent which was the cause of the high pressure. Zach not only stayed late but he also made the call to DUKE energy to come and make the needed repairs to the gas meter. Zack stayed and waited with me for Duke to arrive so that he could make sure that our 3 furnaces would operate properly once that the gas meter was repaired. I do not think that most HVAC Technicians would have stayed and waited for an hour for Duke to arrive. GREAT JOB ZACH ! Thank you to all of Rechtin Staff who made sure that we were able to get heat back in this building quickly.“

Update. I had an issue where a child stuffed a Styrofoam cup into an exhaust pipe. Jessie worked tirelessly until he found the issue. Got it repaired very professionally and friendly and mostly covered by warranty. This company is great. Shop local!!“

“We have been using Corcoran & Harnist after our coil sprung a leak while it was still under warranty. I quoted me a number in the $1,200 and $1,300. I asked why it was so expensive since the part was under warranty and his response was that the labor would be around a thousand dollars. I told him I’d think about.

As soon as he left I pulled out the yellow pages and looked at a few pages and decided to call Corcoran & Harnist. It turns out that the guy that answered the phone was the service manager. I asked how much it would cost to replace the cool. He said $225-$250. He offered to come over and look at. He was here in about 30 minutes. Best decision I ever made. We’ve been using them ever since.

Every one of their employees I’ve encountered do a great job. We use their winter and summer check-ups which helps a lot. I’ll never switch to anyone else.
