First time using Clark Heating & Cooling and was very pleased with their service. Adam performed the service, did a great job, was very personable and explained all that he did. I'm happy to be dealing with a local, family run business!
Brian was just great. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my HVAC system, and took the time to explain (in terms that I could understand!) everything he did in the winter tune-up of my furnace. He also changed the filter in my humidifier, and went over some of the things I should monitor and stay on top of in the future as my HVAC system begins to age.Lastly, and very appreciated by me petsonally, he was also very dog friendly! My dog always goes ballistic when someone walks through the front door. Clark did a great job on a boiler replacement at my house! I have had at least 5 other companies look at my boiler to try to get the air out of the pipes. The old boiler was very noisy with the all the air in the lines that would not come out, nomatter what the other guys tried. Clark identified the problem and put in a new boiler, air purge, and pump for a reasonable priced an a great value. I highly recommend them and I will use them for all HVAC needs from here on.
