We had Cody for our initial visit. Doug and Derrick (I think) took care of installation next day. Communication was great. They answered all our questions and let us know when they were on their way. Did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. We appreciate their service.

Ian came to my home today as my AC was broken. I was so impressed! He arrived on the dot and was careful to look at so many different possible issues that it could be. He took his time and most of all explained it in layman’s terms so I could understand. He is a seasoned professional, super friendly personality and has the much appreciated energy to go up and down the steps and outside a gazillion times. I’ve had such lazy techs in the past that want to leave before they enter the home. He was a breath of fresh, cold and comfortable air!
