Hunter was a true professional and was incredibly consultative about our HVAC options. Bassett is lucky to have him. If we have future HVAC concerns we hope Hunter will make it out this way again.
Hunter came by and was very professional. He was extremely informative and checked everything in our laundry/ furnace room. He in very knowledgeable in his training on our furnace. He also checked our water heater and recommended that plumber be notified. We are so appreciative of everything that Hunter did. We would recommend him for anyone in the Basset family.
Super service! Water heater broke and we had a house full of grandkids. The office set everything up quickly and Drew stayed the evening to get the system replaced. 5 star plus work. Thank you all so much for the one day service.
