My furnace went out a few days ago. I called Adams and they sent someone out the same day. The service rep did a fantastic job. He was very personable and friendly and more importantly knew what he was doing. It was a simple maintenance issue and he did the job quickly and gave me the added information I was looking for (filter and nozzle type)

Just wanted to let the company know how much we appreciated your help! We had service at the end of January which I am sure is a very busy time for a heating company; We had someone out to work on our heat pump the same morning I called. My husband said that the two technicians were professional and efficient! That is quite a compliment coming from a man who works in the trades! Thanks so much!!
