Alec was very nice and professional! Took time to explain things and didn't rush when I was explaining my situation. Had an excellent experience with the guys. They answered the phone, had clear communication, very prompt and timely with repairs and helped me understand the whole process. Alec was a true professional and insisted on soldiering through the repair on my condenser in the middle of a summer downpour. We had our A/C go out on a Monday evening, so I called Knock Knock first thing Tuesday morning. They had Cooper out that afternoon to diagnose the problem, and by that evening he had presented me with several options and quotes.
On Thursday morning, Cooper, Alec, and Max arrived at my house around 7:00 a.m. to install the new system. They worked all day and didn’t leave until the job was completely finished around 7:00 p.m. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with Knock Knock’s professionalism, communication, timeliness, and dedication.
