“My 3yo garbage disposal stopped working, as in completely dead, no sound when I flipped the switch. I checked everything I knew to check and reached out to Fayette Bowling Green, who evidently took over for my plumber (Shane Elmore). Gabriel arrived first, then Arturo: both gentle and friendly. In the end, the problem was likely a loose wire in the switch. Before Arturo arrived to look at electrical, Gabriel reattached my faucet handle. I was charged only the dispatch fee of $99 and am pleased to have the functions of my garbage disposal and faucet restored.”
