“I called on Lakes for an inspection. It had been about 6 mo to a year since we had gotten an inspection and cleaning. I was prepared for the worst because so many companies “find” issues. Not Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning. They did a great job. They got our system cleaned and ready for the change in seasons. They were honest about things we needed to keep an eye but were very educational about those areas. I am grateful for their professionalism. I would recommend them all day long.“

“Sean came and serviced our home. We bought the 100 year old house a little over a year ago. The vents prob hadn't been clean in 100 yrs. We live bicoastally so every-time I'd come to this house, I was experiencing severe allergies and asthma symptoms. Finally on my last trip out to Ohio i decided to have Hepaclean come out. A few reasons why I called Sean. - he quickly responded to my inquiry- was willing to explain his detailed process, that it's chemically free and even gave me a generalized estimate over the phone- he was ok with me calling around and checking around.- he was very reasonably priced compared to some of the services. Not the least expensive but also seemed most trustworthy, fair and honest. - flexibility w my scheduleHe and his wife came out. They were very thorough at counting all the registers and returns. Used a camera to look into all the vents and took before pics (yuck). Sean and team took an extraordinary amount of time and detail to clean every vent from opening to furnace, as they were far dirtier than either of us expected. Sean showed me the "after" pics and the vents/returns/pipes looked nearly brand new. I have to say, nearly immediately I noticed a diff in the air in the house. With in a day my symptoms subsided. Also we noticed much less dirt on the floors which was huge as I would mop n mop daily and still have black filth on the mop pads. Thank you Sean and Hepaclean team.“

They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy. Coletta, the owner who took over the business from her late father, Carl, has been wonderful and very helpful ever since I was away on a long army tour and my wife was at home with three young children and no heat! They don't try to push more expensive equipment, just what you need. “We can honestly give Pride a very high recommendation. The staff is courteous and professional and the technicians do very good work and provide explanations and answers to any questions.We bought a house in Canal Fulton in 2021. The furnace was older, but Pride came out promptly when we had problems. Seth cleaned the flame sensor and Dakota came out on a Saturday morning to clean a vent stack. Dakota expertly discussed a crack in the heat exchanger and took the time to take CO readings at all of the heating discharge vents before he left.We contacted Pride to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Jim quoted us a very fair price for the replacement and Dakota and Brendan arrived on May 5 to do the work. They completed the work in less than six hours and did a great job of cleaning things up and removing the old equipment.They are a very good place to work with.“
