Lee ran a camera through the line, snaked it with a big 4 inch blade, and then ran the camera again. The tech even used a depth finder in my yard to determine the issue. He determined the pipe was lifting out at the curb, and that was causing a belly and the line to hold water. The line will have to be dug up and replaced, but I'm happy I know what's going on.“
