Tom communicated well regarding his arrival and was on time. He was able to determine the problem efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful information.
Also, he was very kind. I wish I could give him six stars.

Greg Browning performed the annual furnace maintenance on two units (twinplex) and found an issue on one that needed extra attention - he was up front about it, explained what was happening and was able to make the correction, which required another visit the following morning to make it right. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous - this is the kind of reliable, honest service that's hard to find. He is specifically requested every time service is scheduled. Highly recommend!
