ENG was great today!! Called at 6:30 am and they returned my call in no time. Mitchell came out and serviced our furnace treating it like it was his own. I really appreciated his communication and his ability to explain everything. Great guy and did a fabulous job of fixing my furnace. He even offered some other tips to better maintain my unit that were much appreciated. I would recommend ENG Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Cuyahoga Falls area. Very honest and helpful!!
Huge thanks to ENG heating cooling they came out ASAP to repair my air conditioning unit. The crew was very professional, the pricing is very competitive and most importantly the customer service they offer is superb. I cannot speak highly enough on the customer service this company provides.
