The technician Joe D’Amico shows up quickly with his service truck and proceeded to repair the reefer quickly. He changed my water pump that was defective and got me rolling in no time.

“A solid company. I had so many issues with my less than 6 month newly installed HVAC system from custom comfort, who refused to come out and fix their mistakes. I had Mark, the technician, come out and talk with me about what needed to be remedied in order for my system to work correctly. The static pressure was too high, meaning the amount of supply was too high compared to the amount of return. It was almost double. After some diagnostic testing, he determined how big the return vents needed to be to correlate with the amount of cfm's, and he also determined that there needed to be dampers on each supply run since there weren't any to begin with. The guys came out and installed the appropriately sized vents, ductwork, and installed dampers and a heat run in my kitchen. My system is now working properly, evenly heating my house, and my gas bills are almost in half. They tested my system to ensure everything was working properly and took pictures of diagnostics and their work, so I had it on record as well, which came to be important in my case against custom comfort in Stow municipal small claims court. Needless to say, Sal's is awesome, the technicians and management were great throughout my experience. Will definitely recommend Sal's for any HVAC related issue that needs fixing. Last week we had an issue with our furnace, and Arco sent out our new hands-down favorite technician, Allen. He had already had a pretty long Friday at a variety of jobs, and wasn’t able to get here until 5pm. (And Arco DID keep me updated about that, which I appreciated.) Allen clearly knew what he was doing (22 years of experience), and was as kind and thorough as if it had been 8am on a Monday. He did not rush our job, cleaned up after his work very well, and told us what to expect next, since the part that our furnace requires needed to be ordered.
